Dekabristki
1999
The "Decabristki" project was inspired by female activities of russian rebels' wives in early
19 century. The small collection was produced during study process
in Textile University in cooperating with fashion designer Natalia Krukova.
"Chita river is the swimming decabrists' place" is the silk scarf (80x80sm) combined motives of russian Orenburg's traditional knitting scarfs and watercolours of
19 century depicting landscapes of Siberia where decabrists were alowed to live after
the jail.
